Today's Class Blog

Today in class we discussed our homework and turned it in. While Mr. Schick was grading them, we were told to go around the room and fill in what Hammurabi's law was for the six scenarios. Once we were done we sat down and we were told to them read and take notes in the textbook. While were taking notes he haded back our homework and I got an 8/8 on it. The notes in the textbook that I took were very important. The first title is "Pyramids in the Nile". Sumerian Civilization was on the rise. The Egyptian civilization turned out to be very different from the collection of city-states in Mesopotamia. The Geography of Egypt is the next important title. The Nile River flows northward across Africa for over 4,100 miles. The Nile River is the longest river in the world.
